Tangled clumps of the proteins eventually lead to cell death, but omega-3whole food supplements could prevent that misfolding.
Intelligence: A study of almost 4,000 teenagers published in Acta Pediatricia showed that 15-year-old boys who ate fish once a week had improved cognition, over those who ate fish less frequently. Those who ate fish more than once a week showed around an 11% improvement in verbal, visuospatial and combined intelligence scores.
