Men’s Splash gives me an edge

When I first heard about the products available through beyondprobiotics.net, I was skeptical about their effectiveness. I have had issues with acne and flakiness since I was a teenager. The problem did not resolve in my 20s or even in my 30s. Now, at the age of 35, I have finally found the secret to great skin. By using MyChelle Men’s Splash, I can feel the toner working. While it is an aftershave, I can use it any time and it always makes me feel refreshed, and my wife loves the smell. I was surprised at how inexpensive the product us with relation to how well it works. Furthermore, I was impressed by the hydration and softening properties of the aloe vera gel and the shea butter provides such a moisture-rich feel. I never realized how certain natural substances blended together could work so well together and compliment each other so remarkably that it would change the look and feel of my skin so dramatically. The anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties of MyChelle Men’s Splash make it just the thing to tone and freshen my skin any time of day. And after I shave, it is nice to have the pain-relieving qualities of white willow bark extract woven into this effective mixture.

I am no expert when it comes to how products like this work and I have no idea how to explain why my skin looks and feels better than it ever has, I can just tell you that from firsthand experience, the combination of tee tree oil, which has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, and the chamomile extract and the sandalwood essential oil, which calm and sooth the skin work in harmony to provide deep, thorough cleansing and invigoration. The addition of L-chlorophyll offers the benefits of healing, soothing and cleansing, as well as antifungal, odor absorption and antioxidant properties.

Based on my personal experience using this product, my 15-year-old son has started using the men’s line of products. His skin was like mine when I was his age, only worse. Once he started using the MyChelle Men’s products, including Smooth, So Clean and Splash, his acne and oil issues went away. My wife and two daughters love to use the rich variety of MyChelle Natural Skin Care products, as well as the bath, body and health products available on the site, including masks, peels and scrubs, serums, cleansers and smoothers and more available through Beyond Probiotics. And I appreciate the prices, which don’t break the bank.

Beyond Our Borders

As you research probiotic health as a whole, you will find that the people involved with the probiotic movement believe they are making a major human contribution as they work on the cellular level and the bio-chemical level through the creation of supplements that help the body work in an organic way to remove toxins from the body.

You might be asking yourself how the production of probiotic health supplements can be helping Mother Earth. The link between probiotic health and Mother Earth can be found in the fact that some of the foods and plants grown for consumption are endangered. These plants and foods must continue to be grown so that they will continue to contribute to the physical well being of humans here on earth.
Probiotic health proponents have started organic farms in the distant lands of Costa Rica in an effort to save some of the endangered species of probiotic, naturally healthy foods, that assist digestion in a micro biotical way. If these foods were to stop being produced, then the food system of America would suffer. Going to Costa Rica, where the climate supports growth of healthy whole foods that are not typically grown in the United States anymore, is one way the probiotic health movement is supporting humanity as a whole. Organic farms are rare and with that, some of the foods we have used in the past are no longer grown because they won’t grow unless they are altered or sprayed with chemicals.
Much of the foods that naturally grew and were known to be healthy are diminishing from our planet. Peoples of the Amazon and India share that they have to walk much further then they did in the past to find the foods they have come to instinctually know as the ‘good’ foods that aid in optimum health. The farms created in Costa Rica are now sanctuaries where the good food can be grown and the growing can be sustained.
The organic farms in far off lands, where the climate is conducive to good growth of healthy crops of organic food will ensure that 10 to 20 years down the road, we will still have non-processed, non-chemically altered food for consumption. The botanical gardens are an asylum for medicinal food production. They are the Noah’s Ark of healthy foods in our world, preserving foods that are endangered and providing for the continued use of healthy foods in our diets for years to come.

Health Beyond the Naked Eye

Science has found that there is value in supplements, but then as a consumer it becomes a question as to what are good supplements that really work and which supplements really don’t make a difference. Probiotic health is a phrase that should be explored.

When the consumer begins educating themselves about supplements, they would be best served by leaning about probiotic in general terms before their first purchase. One of the most important talking points concerning supplements is to compare them with the food you eat. The food we consume is the most important component in optimum health. The food we eat is the fuel that powers our bodies. You wouldn’t want to put watered-down gas in your car and if you did, how do you think the car would run? Our bodies are no different.
Almost all supplements are not actually food, but you now can purchase supplements that are made from the components of food that will actually support our need for whole foods. Just as the fact that our car needs whole fuels to run correctly, we need whole foods to get the best mileage out of what we eat.
Probiotic health supplements are products that are made with cultured whole foods. These cultured supplements aid and assist in digestion of nutrients and assist in the production of bacteria and yeasts that the body actually needs for the most efficient processing of foods consumed by the body.
There are essential principals to consider when thinking of supplements. First, the most important thing to think about is whether or not the supplements you select will help you or harm you. Believe it or not, synthetic supplements will not be of much benefit. If the supplements you are researching aren’t made from whole foods, they are likely a synthetic chemical that won’t offer real help to your bodily systems. Determining if the supplements are synthetic or made from whole foods is therefore vitally important in determining which supplements you should purchase.
When we consume food, there are microscopic activities that take place based on the kinds of food we eat. The primary focus of probiotic health is to consider what we can’t see, the microbes of food. Foods like yogurt are very high in microbial activity. That means the food will assist the body’s natural functions of digestion and enhance, on a microbial level the amounts of nutrients our bodies will actually receive. Learn as much as you can about probiotic health supplements before any purchase. Your body will thank you.

People all over the United States are now using vitamins more than ever before, purchasing billions of dollars a year in the quest for good health and nutrition. Sometimes people take nutrition one step further and purchase organic goods, foods and organic whole food supplements.

In the world of today, vitamins can be purchased anywhere at the local merchandise store, pharmacies, health food stores, discount retailers, online, through the mail, at the grocery store, from personal dealers and various other sources, the list is absolutely endless. With millions of people taking vitamins, you would think people would do more research about what goes into the body and what it is for. Having Garden of life vitamins to cover all your daily needs makes the confusing world of vitamins and health supplements easier to deal with.

People should not be a victim of false advertisement or led astray by the various claims that are made by less than reputable companies out to make a quick dollar from an unknowing American public. Some forms of vitamin products contain artificial ingredients and enrichments which contain little to no nutritional value and enhance the health and wellness in no way at all. Before deciding which vitamin supplement to purchase, a person should do some research and become informed at what types of requirements are necessary for optimum daily performance. This is why some people invest in organic vitamins.

Having all the information about the various healthful benefits about vitamins and minerals is not only responsible for the person, but allows them to determine which ones they should take to improve their overall health, increase vitality and better quality of life. Sometimes if a person is feeling sluggish or a bit of fatigue, it can signal an underlying health deficiency or may simply mean a person needs more vitamins and minerals in their diet. With New Chapter Organic Supplements, you can be on the road to better health in no time at all.

If you are interested in eating right, improving your health and making your life much better, than investing some time and research towards vitamin supplements can be a valuable asset. Having everything you need to make an informed decision will also help you avoid costly mistakes and purchasing supplements you may not need.

Boost Your Health From the Inside Out

We have all seen those yogurt commercials; you know the ones, where they talk about how eating yogurt everyday for a week will mean an obvious good difference in digestive irregularities. And, some of us may have even taken up the plan of eating yogurt each day. If you have, then you may be seeing a definite improvement in any pesky, painful, and embarrassing digestion issues that you suffer. But, have you ever wondered what it is that exists in yogurt that is so helpful? In fact, it is one ingredient that may surprise you. It is bacteria! That is right. Bacteria are not always bad.

Yes, many types of bacteria are the scoundrels that cause lots of different diseases and stomach issues. However, there are certain kinds of bacteria that are quite helpful. In fact, there are about forty different kinds of the good bacteria and they all exist in our intestines. It may sound a little bizarre, but these beneficial bacteria actually help our bodies avoid sickness.
It is easy for the good bacteria to get out of balance. And, when this happens, illnesses like irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, chronic diarrhea, and other unpleasantries tend to flare up. Some anyone who suffers from these illnesses and other more serious issues, like Crohn’s Disease, may find some relief. And that relief can be found in the form of probiotics.
That is right; the ingredient that can be found in yogurt can make your digestive system feel a whole lot better. But, never to worry if you do not care for yogurt. There are other ways to get the beneficial bacteria. One such way is simply in the form of a supplement. These supplements can be found anywhere they sell vitamins and other healthy supplements. And, taking a pill is simple to add to your daily life. Just take the supplement along with your regular vitamins each day. Probiotics are also found in yeast, so using this in your cooking can be a way to add the bacteria to your diet. And, in some places, you can buy a probiotics powder.
It may be an odd concept to know that bacteria can be helpful, but in fact, they can be quite beneficial. And, these bacteria are already in your body, but boosting them with extra intake can be a good choice.

The Probiotic Advantage

Did you know that your body has more than 400 types of bacteria living in your intestines? Did you know that these bacteria are actually beneficial and needed? You may not have, and most of the time, when we hear the word “bacteria” we immediately think of disease and illness. Bacteria can be bad news. But there are a set of bacteria that we very much need. These beneficial bacteria help control acids and other harmful organisms that can invade our bodies and make us sick. So it is no surprise that we look for ways to boost this good bacteria. No one wants to live with digestive problems -- they are painful, annoying, and often embarrassing. The answer to all your digestive issues could be found in probiotics.

Probiotics are supplements or foods that contain these good bacteria. By eating or consuming the probiotics, you can enhance your body’s own good bacteria store and make sure you eliminate a lot of problems. So you may have a lot of questions now that you know not all bacteria are bad.
Where do I find probiotics? There are plenty of ways. The simplest is to purchase a supplement, available at many stores and pharmacies that offer vitamins and nutritional supplements. By choosing a supplement, you can add probiotics to your daily regimen at the same time that you take your regular vitamin, making it easy to remember. You can also find probiotics in yogurt and yeast. So, if you are looking for a way to boost your probiotics, then you could choose to cook with yeast or consume yogurt daily.
Are probiotics safe? Since these bacteria are a part of our natural body, they are considered quite safe. The only thing to watch is that probiotics supplements are not regulated by the FDA, so you will want to look at the ingredients before you purchase anything.
What can probiotics help with? Lots of things can be helped by probiotics. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, diarrhea, and many other digestive issues can benefit from the good bacteria. Probiotics are also proven to be helpful in treating tooth decay and some respiratory problems.
Are probiotics right for you? They may be, and you will need to make the choice. You will have plenty of options when deciding on how to purchase your probiotics regimen.

Organic Versus Synthetic - And the Winner Is...

At the beginning of time, all food was organic. Food that was grown prior to the advent of pesticides, growth hormones, and all the other things that we as put into our soil and our food these days was organic without even trying! The only extra derivative we got from this food was the added nutrition.

Unfortunately, times have changed, and therefore the way we grow and develop food has changed. Now most of the food we consume on the standard American diet is full of pesticides, carcinogens, growth hormones, and a host of other physically nonessential man-made components. The problem with these components is that's instead of helping us on the road to a healthier life, they set us back quite a bit.

The one big question that remains is whether or not organic food really is more healthy than the foods that those of us living a standard American lifestyle are all accustomed to. The answer to this question is a resounding yes. Organic food boasts a nutrient content that is at least 50% higher than that of foods produced from the standard American diet. Not only that, but eating foods that are organically grown will help your body fight off everything from the common cold to cancer.

Unfortunately, most of us find it next to impossible to eat a 100% organic diet. Some people claim it's too expensive, some people claim they cannot find organic produce or organic meat in their local grocery store, and some people claim that it's simply impractical for their current way of life. No matter what your reasoning behind not eating organically, it’s 100% guaranteed that the nutritional benefits organic foods have to offer far exceed the nutritional benefits we gain from eating processed foods and chemically altered produce and meat. If you agree with this fact, but still feel eating organically is not in the cards for your family, there are other ways to compensate.

The best way to do so is through the consumption of an organic whole food vitamin supplement. Organic whole food supplements are derived from; you guessed it, organic food. These supplements can help to make up for the nutritional voids found in individuals who continually consume the standard American diet.

If you're among the many hundreds of thousands of people who eat a standard American diet on a regular basis and you’re now finding that your health is suffering because of it, consider embarking on a whole food vitamin regimen. You don't need to take our word for it, simply embark on an organic whole food vitamin supplementation regimen for a mere three weeks and not only will you look better, you'll feel better as well.

Beginning a Probiotic Regimen

Probiotics are quickly becoming a popular supplement -- consumed via pill, drink, or even yogurt -- that has been proven to have many health benefits. In fact, probiotics are extremely helpful in fighting the side effects of irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and many other digestive problems. As it turns out, probiotics are made from live bacteria. That sounds very counterproductive since bacteria are normally considered to be bad. However, the bacteria in probiotics are healthful and promote a regularity of the system when consumed regularly. This is one of the drawing points of eating yogurt, and many yogurt manufacturers point out this benefit. It is important, when looking for healthy effects from probiotics, to set up a daily regimen so that the healthy bacteria can build up. Setting up a regimen is quite simple and does not require an inordinate amount of work.

The easiest way to start a probiotics regimen is to add a supplement tablet to your daily vitamin routine, and to keep taking the supplement every day. After about one week, you should start to see the good effects of the probiotics supplement. Plenty of different brands and choices of probiotics are available at health food stores and on the internet.

Another simple way to add a probiotics regimen to your daily life is to eat yogurt. The tasty snack is rich in probiotics and is available in many flavors to suite your taste buds. The large variety of yogurts on the market makes it easy to enjoy the snack everyday without getting bored with it. Yogurt is available at almost any grocery store, and there are yogurts with fancy flavors such as Key lime pie. It's a fun and enjoyable treat, but at the same time a healthy and helpful supplement. Yogurt can also be used as a base in many recipes. This is a handy way to get the probiotics even if you do not care for straight yogurt.

Either way you choose to begin a probiotics regimen, it is key to continue it everyday to actually see the beneficial effects it will have on your life. The beneficial bacteria can be a huge help to anyone who suffers from digestive and bowel disorders, and a daily regimen can be perfect.
